Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CHOIGAI (the "App" or "Service"), operated by FEAT Technologies Inc. ("FEAT Technologies", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility​

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or the minimum age required to use social networking services under applicable law, to use CHOIGAI. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your account​

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable use​

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law or the rights of others;
  • Post or share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • Distribute spam, malware, or engage in fraudulent activity;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User content​

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on CHOIGAI. By posting content, you grant FEAT Technologies a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you share and represent that you have the necessary rights to do so.

5. Intellectual property​

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by FEAT Technologies Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred to you.

6. Privacy​

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

7. Termination​

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

8. Disclaimers​

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FEAT Technologies Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms​

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where prohibited by applicable local law.
