FEAT Technologies Inc. ("FEAT Technologies", "we", "us", or "our") develops and operates CHOIGAI (the "App" or "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use CHOIGAI. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect information to provide and improve the Service:

7. Children's privacy​

CHOIGAI is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. International users​

CHOIGAI is a global service. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
